Minor Hotfix

Hello adventurers!

This patch addresses a rare scenario in which the party goes back to B2 of the Fort after clearing the Dungeons and becomes stuck due to an improperly tagged transfer event.

It isn't required to go back down to the prison area at any point, but this bug can result in a soft lock, so I've issued a hotfix just in case.
