RMMZ Suppress or Remove Cursor Flash

Vanilla RPG Maker behavior causes the currently highlighted text object to flash so you know what choice is being selected.

This sounds OK, except the flash is quite rapid; it can get irritating quickly, particularly when you have other plugins that provide an on-screen indicator (such as Visustella's Menu Cursor).

This plugin simply allows you to change the interval of the flash effect, or remove it entirely (this will cause the "highlight" effect from your windowskin file to always display at full opacity; to completely disable the highlight, do so by removing that portion of the windowskin).
